10/29/2014 - Stolen Caterpillar 980G Wheel Loader PCSO14-15652Ea
On October 28th Potter County Sheriff`s Office was called to the construction site at the Canadian River Bridge at approximately 7:42 AM. Gilvin-Terril Ltd reported a missing 2000 model Cat 980G wheel loader missing from the work site. The vehicle was driven by the suspect(s) a distance of several miles and dumped on state land. The vehicle was found to have significant damages when recovered by deputies and the assistance of a privately owned and operated helicopter. The equipment is a total loss at a value of several hundred thousand dollars. 3/26/2013 - Xcel Energy site thefts up to $5,500 reward

Amarillo Crime Stoppers needs your help with this week’s Crime Of the Week. We have partnered with Xcel Energy to combat copper thefts committed at sites in and around the Borger and Hutchinson County area. Anonymous tips leading to the arrests of suspects who have stolen from these sites have been raised up to $5,500.
